Construction Agreements

Construction agreement between Contructor (Mr. Mantu Prajaptti) And Owner of Plot of Plot no. 154, MKG Estate, Padiala (kurali) (PB.).

Specification of Floor: First Floor=2BHK (slab area)

Second=2BHK (slab area)

Mumty as per area covered at site (slab area)

Total costing of house is 250/- per square feet.

The aforementioned contractor hereby agrees to undertake the construction of house consisting of first,second and mumty of theaforesaid client at the plot as mentioned above at the fixed of rs. 250/- per square.

The said construction includes chunnai, plaster, lanter, Lal rodi at first, second floor and mumty.

Extra work:

1) Parapet wall =40 rupee per square feet brick work and 20 rupee square plaster work.

2) Roof tiles 45 rupee square feet.

3) Kachha floor 25 rupee per square feet.

4) Curing charge per month=5000/- 4) Front elevation extra as per elevation

Note:

# Work will be resume according to map.

# first and second floor height is 10.5 feet.

# Owner will be pay for extra work.

# area will be measure as per site

# excavation and soil filling and red rodi will be extr.

# Under ground water tank will be extra. (min. amount 20000/-).

# Zig Zag staircase 15000/- per floor.
